Dr. Josh
Cochran
D.M.D
Dr. Cochran is originally from Mansfield, OH, and has enjoyed making Cincinnati his home. He received his bachelor’s degree from Gordon College, his D.M.D., and earned his board-certified pediatric dentist certificate in dental public health from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He then completed his Pediatric Dentistry residency at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
His residency research focused on the effectiveness of cavity risk assessments by medical providers and caregiver risk perception. Dr. Cochran’s professional interests include early prevention, access to care, and public health advocacy. He married his high school classmate Jess, who will soon give birth to their second son. They enjoy exploring parks and coffee shops as a family, and each enjoys reading and exercising when they can.

Dr. Petr
Vaughn
D.D.S.
Dr. Petr Vaughan is a licensed pediatric dentist in Cincinnati, Ohio. Originally from Lebanon, OH, he earned his board-certified pediatric dentist degree with honors from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and is a member of the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. He completed his residency in pediatric dentistry at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, where he honed his skills in working with children of all ages and backgrounds.
Dr. Vaughan is committed to providing his patients with the highest level of care and building long-lasting relationships with their families. He enjoys the unique challenges and rewards of working with children and believes in making their dental experience as positive and stress-free as possible.
Dr. Vaughan is married to Mary Margaret, a general dentist in Cincinnati, whom he met in dental school at Ohio State. They are the proud parents of twin boys. When he’s not working, Dr. Vaughan enjoys traveling, exercising, and outdoor activities such as hiking and camping. He played soccer in college and is a devoted fan of FC Cincinnati.

Dr. Lisa
Rudolph
D.M.D | M.P.H
We are excited to introduce Dr. Rudolph, a compassionate dentist from Cincinnati dedicated to serving her hometown community. Dr. Rudolph’s educational journey includes a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College, a Master’s of Public Health from A.T. Still University, and a Doctor of Medical Dentistry from The Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. As a board-certified pediatric dentist, she furthered her specialty training through a residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Rudolph is expanding her service to the Milford community. She is currently the owner and primary dentist at Montgomery Pediatric Dentistry and maintains many leadership roles within the Cincinnati Dental Public Health field. With years of experience working with children of all medical and developmental needs, Dr. Rudolph is deeply committed to providing personalized care to every child and family she serves.
Dr. Rudolph’s passion for pediatric dentistry is evident in her personalized approach to care, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child and family. She understands the importance of fostering positive dental experiences early on as a mother. Beyond her professional commitments, Dr. Rudolph treasures spending quality time with her husband and three children.

Bailey

Dr. Allison Bailey is originally from Cincinnati’s Westside. Her educational journey began at Our Lady of the Visitation, followed by Seton High School. She then earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Dayton before attending The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where she shared her dental school experience with Dr. Vaughan. After completing her pediatric dental residency at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, Dr. Bailey became a board-certified pediatric dentist, dedicated to providing exceptional dental care for children. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Bailey loves spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. She also enjoys playing board games and cheering on Cincinnati’s sports teams in her leisure time.
